Community Power Group and the Salisbury Airport partnered together to design and develop two solar facilities on the vacant field north of the airport. The project was unanimously approved at the Wicomico County Council Meeting on Tuesday May 2nd. The project will provide renewable energy to meet the airport’s needs as well as provide renewable energy to several County accounts through aggregated net energy metering (ANEM), saving the County money on their electricity bills.
