Community Power Group completed an independent study to determine if solar projects have an impact on adjacent property values. This study was conducted in Howard County, Maryland to facilitate conversations with future project site adjacent neighbors. Numerous studies have been conducted by CohnReznick and other organizations, but in an effort to provide relevance to the immediate neighbors and the County reviewers, Community Power Group studied the specific area.
